• You have unlimited access to your control panel 24-hours a day. This enables you to create and maintain your website and upload files at your convenience.

Are daily backups necessary?

• Our server provides daily backups in the event of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. technical difficulties or natural disasters). This way you are assured that your latest web changes will not be lost.

What are Search Engines?

• Search engines are directories of internet web sites. Type in the information or topic your searching for, and the search engine will deliver an ordered list of those websites. This is the most convenient way of searching and locating information on the web.

What is an email autoresponder?

  You will not be billed until you are satisfied with your web site.
  
• Upon your acceptance, we will publish your site to your unique Domain Name.

How long does it take to set up a new account ?

• We will have your account set up within 24 hours upon receiving payment. At that time, we will email you with all the necessary information for you to begin uploading files to your website.

Are there any setup fees?

• There are no setup fees.

• Sign up for a Spectra Creations account
• We will email you a unique IP address, login and password.
• Upload your web site to our server through your IP address.  
• If you are transferring your web site to our servers, contact your registrar and transfer your domain name to our name servers:
