reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to
any or all services provided by Spectra Creations if and/or when
determined the customer’s account has been
used in an inappropriate manner. By using our service, you agree to comply with the terms listed
below.
Spectra Creations explicitly forbids any server
use for distribution, storing, processing, linking to or
otherwise handling in any way the following activities:

Any activities considered illegal by the United States
Government or any of the 50 states.

Attempts at hacking into the server or any Spectra
Creations accounts.

Mail
violations, spamming, bombs, harassment, pirated software, or
password cracking

Distribution of copyrighted software, logos, images,
music files, or any material in violation of Federal, State, or
Local regulation.

Distribution of
pornography, erotic images, sexually explicit material or otherwise lewd or obscene
content. The interpretation of this subject is left
entirely to the discretion of Spectra Creations.

These terms are not all
inclusive. If you engage in any of these activities on our
network, we
reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services without
notice or refund.
